Your
support of Naughty Austin is greatly appreciated, but we do have a
few ticket policies we would like you to know about.
When you buy on-line through PayPal, you will get an automatic confirmation
of your order within 24 hours... But please hold on to your PayPal
receipt as proof of payment... In case of some strange glitch in some
system somewhere. It hasn't happened often, but when it does, it is
so nice to have backup.
When you purchase tickets on-line, your tickets will be waiting for
you at the door on the night of performance. (Please remember that
as with any event or concert tickets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.)
Under certain circumstances, we can mail tickets to ticket buyers,
but we can accept no responsibility for lost tickets.
Naughty Austin shows often-times have a sell-out run of performances,
so we thank you for the advance on-line secured purchases, and you
can trust we will seat you in the best available of the remaining
seats as of the date of purchase.
Arts On Real Theater is a "black box" style theater located
at 2826 Real Street In Austin. Take MLK east of I-35, go about 10
blocks, and you will see railroad tracks approaching. Thirty feet
before the railroad tracks, take a left hand turn on Alexander. Drive
100 feet and make another left on Real. We are the big white building
on your right.
On the night of performance, please try to arrive at least 20 minutes
before the showtime. There is a concession stand for drinks, beer
and wine for your enjoyment.
Please remember, that if you do not pick up your tickets 5 minutes
before showtime, they may be released (with no refund) in order to
seat people on the waiting list, if any.
